In short: Road to Global Cup is an independent arcade football game. Your game progress is saved on your
device (and, if enabled, in your Apple iCloud account). We do not sell your personal data. Some
data is processed by Apple (Game Center, purchases) and, when ads are shown, by our advertising
partner. This page explains exactly what, why, and your choices.
1. Who we are
Road to Global Cup ("the Game", "we", "us") is developed and operated by Omer Izhaki, an
independent developer based in Israel. You can contact us any time at
omer200338@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We have designed the Game to collect as little as possible. We do not ask you for
your name, email, phone number, or address, and we do not require you to create an account with us.
Game data on your device. Your progress, settings, language, owned items, and
virtual currency are stored locally on your device.
iCloud sync (optional). If iCloud is enabled, your progress may be saved to
your personal Apple iCloud account so it follows you across your devices. This is handled by
Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we cannot
read your wider iCloud data.
Game Center. If you play online or use leaderboards, Apple's Game Center
provides a player identifier and gameplay/match data so players can be matched and ranked. This
is governed by Apple.
In-app purchases. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive a
confirmation that a purchase succeeded — we never see or store your card number or Apple ID
password.
Advertising. The Game's optional "watch a video" rewards may show rewarded
video ads served by Unity Ads, or our own built-in promotions ("house ads")
when no ad is available. We do not request Apple's tracking permission and do
not provide the advertising identifier (IDFA) to ad partners — ads are contextual, not
based on tracking you across apps. To serve and measure ads, Unity may process a device
identifier, IP address, and limited usage data, as described in
Unity's privacy
policy. House ads collect no data at all.
Diagnostics & analytics. We use Unity's services to receive aggregated,
anonymous crash reports and usage statistics so we can fix bugs and improve the Game.
3. How we use information
To run the Game, save your progress, and remember your settings.
To enable online matches, invites, and leaderboards through Game Center.
To process in-app purchases through Apple.
To show and measure ads (only the parts of the Game that offer "watch a video" rewards).
To diagnose crashes and improve performance and gameplay.
4. Advertising and your choices
Ads in the Game are optional — they appear only when you choose to watch a video for a
reward. The Game does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and does
not request the App Tracking Transparency permission: ads are contextual, not based
on tracking you across other apps or websites. You can limit ad personalization further in
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. Not watching ads never
stops you from playing.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. Limited data is shared only with the service
providers needed to run the Game:
Apple — Game Center, iCloud, and in-app purchases.
Unity Technologies — advertising, crash reporting, and analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and
security of our users or the Game.
6. Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older (or younger with a parent or guardian's
permission). It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data
from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove
it.
7. Data retention
Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Deleting the
Game removes local data; iCloud data is managed in your Apple account. Data held by Apple and Unity
is retained according to their own policies.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, and your save data is signed to deter
tampering. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and California CCPA), you may have the
right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because
most of your data lives on your own device, you can exercise these rights directly by managing or
deleting the Game and your device settings. For data held by our partners, use the device controls
above or contact us at omer200338@gmail.com and we will
help.
10. International users
We operate from Israel, and our service providers may process data in other countries. By using
the Game, you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Game evolves (for example, when new features or ad partners are
added). We will post the revised version here and update the date at the top. Significant changes
may also be re-surfaced inside the Game.
