These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Omer Izhaki ("we", "us"), the developer of Road to Global Cup ("the Game"). They apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also governs your use of the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Game or any part of it.
You must be at least 13 years old to play, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
In-app purchases are sold and processed by Apple through your Apple ID. All billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not process or store your payment details. Please review your purchase before confirming, as purchases are final unless Apple grants a refund.
The Game may show advertisements, including optional "watch a video" rewards that grant in-game items. Watching ads is voluntary. Ads are provided by third parties as described in our Privacy Policy.
When playing — especially in online matches through Game Center — you agree not to cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use unauthorised software, tamper with save data, or behave abusively toward other players. We may limit or end your access to online features if you do.
The Game, its code, art, and original content are owned by us and protected by law. Road to Global Cup is an independent game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any national association, league, club, competition, or any real-world player. All teams and characters are fictional. National flags and three-letter country codes are used to represent fictional teams for entertainment only; all third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. You play at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of progress, data, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to the Game or its online features if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your own country.
We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. The current version will always be posted here with an updated date, and material changes may be re-surfaced inside the Game.
